Amanda is a writer, filmmaker, creative coach and Reiki practitioner, and the former editor-in-chief of Denver, Colorado’s Suspect Press. She’s the author of The Risk it Takes to Bloom: Queer Erotica Stories, and she’s the creator of the award-winning Pandemic in Pollyville webseries. Amanda is passionate about studying and applying the Enneagram, Dreamwork, the Tarot, Synesthesia and Reiki healing to the work she does with clients. She’s founded several Denver community groups, including the Creative Curiosity Circle, as well as a weekly writing class, and a cannabis-inspired creative writing class called Lit on Lit that’s been the first and only of its kind. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon.

 
 

Amanda’s work has been featured multiple times on the Low Orbit podcast and on Mortified Live. She’s spoken at Lighthouse Writers Workshop as a queer creative, and she’s been published in Jersey Devil PressLamplit Underground, Monologging, Adelaide Literary Magazine, Green Briar Review, DenVerse, South Broadway Ghost Society, Suspect Press, and others.
